The group then gathered on the Watergate stage where each of the south east venue Directors introduced themselves, spoke about their venues and how they support artists both individually and collectively, as a member of the South East Venue Network. This was followed by a beautiful performance by SEVN’s bursary recipient, Violist Beth McNinch. Beth and fellow SEVN’S bursary recipient Palestinian circus artist Fadi Zmorrod gave insights into how receiving the bursary has impacted their lives and careers. The evening finished with a Q&A session and open discussion between participants. This was the first of many future SEVN’s events.
